Assemble the OFV valve with OF-40/OF-30, OF-20, OF-10 and then insert the 507-OF tube. Use a small flat-head screwdriver to open and close the valve by rotating the screw-head 90 degree. When the valve is in open position, a syringe needle could access the sample space.
